Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Satchel website and, unless superseded by a signed customer agreement, the Satchel platform operated by Satchel Hub, Inc. (“Satchel,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or platform, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Satchel provides software that assists healthcare staffing agencies with credential records, verification workflows, facility requirements, and staffing decisions. Satchel is a workflow tool: it does not replace your organization’s legal obligation to maintain a compliant credentialing program, and it does not provide legal advice. Final compliance decisions remain the responsibility of your organization.
3. Early access
Portions of the platform are offered under an early access or pilot program. Early access features are provided as-is, may change without notice, and may be subject to separate pilot agreements that take precedence over these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering the platform, or submitting information you do not have the right to share.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you or your clinicians submit to the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement.
6. Commercial terms and billing
Pilot and subscription pricing, included usage, seats, invoice timing, payment due dates, renewal, and cancellation terms are stated in the applicable signed order form or customer agreement. Satchel does not charge a payment method or infer acceptance of commercial terms merely because a workspace has been provisioned. If an invoice or the in-product billing guidance conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
7. Disclaimers
The website and platform are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Information on this website, including compliance resources such as checklists, is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satchel Hub, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website or platform.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
