Who we are

Satchel Hub, Inc. (“Satchel,” “we,” “us”) provides compliance and staffing-readiness software for healthcare staffing agencies. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website at satchelhub.com and our platform.

Information we collect

  • Contact information you submit through our forms, such as your email address, when you request access or download a resource.
  • Usage data collected through privacy-respecting analytics (page views, referring pages, and general device information). We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
  • Campaign attribution such as UTM tags, the landing-page path, and a referrer with query parameters removed. We keep this in first-party session storage so form and scheduling actions can be connected to the source during the same browsing session.
  • Platform data that customers provide during a pilot or subscription, such as clinician roster and credential records and, where the agreed deployment supports them, supporting documents. This data is processed only to deliver the service and is governed by our customer agreements.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our website and platform.
  • To send you information about Satchel that you have requested. You can opt out at any time.

What we don’t do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • We do not use customer credentialing data to train models shared across customers without explicit agreement.

Service providers

We use a small number of vetted service providers to operate our website and platform (for example, hosting, form processing, analytics, and scheduling). These providers process data only on our instructions and are bound by their own confidentiality and security obligations.

Data security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to customer data is restricted to personnel who need it to deliver the service. We confirm storage and retention controls for the applicable deployment before processing sensitive documents. See our Security page for more detail.
